My approach draws on real-world experience, and evidence-based coaching methods and mindfulness practices to help you see and move past the patterns that keep you stuck. I serve as your guide, creating space for you to explore and trust your inner wisdom — honoring who you are today, and believing in who you are meant to be. Every session is built around you — your background, your goals, what actually works for you. Most engagements include the following:
